For those who have happened here by chance, I am an MSc grad in Experimental Archaeology currently working in, and continuing research on, living history. This site is here to make my findings, methods, thoughts, etc accessible to my reenactment friends and anyone else interested.

When I began this blog I focused primarily on survey results — but the more I wrote about them, the more I realized how much more there is to say! As I continue blogging I’ve added reviews of reenactments or living history sites, comments on related news, and a little more theorizing as I constantly untangle my thoughts. Feel free to comment and let me know what you’re particularly interested in seeing here, or your reactions to what’s been done so far.
